From the beginning, as first-time homebuyers, we had very very like.....VERY little knowledge about how to find the right place. We had worked with a couple of real estate agents who were good people and decent at their jobs, but they were looking for a price range on a house...not getting to know us and finding us our HOME. Every aspect of the process from: house showing, to bidding, inspections, repair negotiations, contractual details, closing, and every possible question we could throw at Belinda (of which there were lots), she was with us every step of the way helping us GET WHAT WE WANT...not just for her to get a sale. She is incredibly knowledgeable and pointed out pros and cons of the houses we would visit and knew what we wanted and tried to be honest but also straightforward with us.
